Spell Pillars

Spell pillars show the runes for runemage spells, and can be used to create a "charcoal rubbing" of the rune for your journal. Collecting the spell runes is not needed to be able to cast the spell.
To copy a spell rune to your journal, you take out your book and hold it against the pillar until the pillar glows yellow.
